Your yoga camp counselors Jennifer Golden and Mary McCallum will keep you both active and relaxed with yoga, paddleboarding and hiking.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow and mindful practice, connecting with nature through the senses. As a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Mary will offer a series of invitations to explore a deeper connection with nature and with yourself. Research has shown that spending time in nature has many benefits including decreasing stress, lowering blood pressure, and improving mood.
No prior experience with forest bathing is necessary—all are welcome.

Located between the jungle and the world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, the Vida Asana School of Yoga and Eco-Retreat Center provides easy access to activities, excursions, restaurants and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to relax and restore. In addition to daily yoga and meditation, you will be able to soak in the sun at the pool or bike 5 minutes to the beach.
